I ordered this on Tuesday morning, and it arrived on Thursday afternoon, wow! I installed it on Saturday morning into a new cabinet, everything went great, couldn't have worked better. I would recommend this product to anyone. I looked at several other sites at similar products, some higher and some lower, I finally decided to go with Rockler since I have had good luck with them before. I felt more comfortable ordering from them. Thanks Rockler.

The tip out tray is well made, the hinges work well. I didn't see anything before I purchased the unit that you need an inch of clearance. This is a very important fact because you get 25% restocking fee if you have to return them.

I like Rockler products and their timely delivery, but this instance is certainly an exception.
Extremely poor construction techniques to secure the base. Mine was delivered with splits in the base. Both ends of the base were split. This product is sold thru Rockler, but [direct] shipped from Rev-a-shelf.

The lazy susan workes wonderfully. the only bad thing about this is that there was no real instructions with it. But if you stop and think about, it did become obvious.

First of all, one of the shelf supports for the unit was shipped without the threads to attach the slides. It took quite a bit of work to tap the four 1/4 - 20 threads into the pot metal by hand. Secondly, the template they shipped was off by more than 1/2". After I had installed the hardware, I had to take it all out again because the shelf would not make it through the opening. They advertise that the minimum opening is 13.5", and my opening is 15.75". But the shelf would not clear the opening until I moved the post back half an inch, and now it comes out at an odd angle, not at 90 degrees.
