I had my doubts when I ordered this but it's cut my sanding time by at least 75% with better results ... Works great ... IMHO the biggest drawback is the limited quantity of sandpaper you get with your order.

Review 1 of 1:
I am a relative newcomer to woodturning and I bought this set of tools thinking I might find them use in pen turning and other smaller projects even though I was otherwise advised. It turns out my instincts were absolutely correct. Even though my collection of lathe tools has grown considerably and I now have lots of other options, it is the Sorby mini tool I reach for every time when turning pen blanks or other micro or mini projects. Even rough turning a pen blank I crank up the lathe to full speed, put the gouge in the handle and quickly turn even the hardest wood down to size. A quick change to the scraper bit and I have a perfectly turned pen. I bought the sanding head for use with the same handle and it is very adept at sanding...
