First time I've used this product and am very pleased. I like that it is waterbased and am amazed at how easy it is to use. I can't testify to durability, but I think it will be just fine. The Espresso color was a perfect match. However, use caution sanding in between finish coats, it's easy to remove color on wood edges and corners. Still, it's a great product.
From $6.99 (Average rating from all reviews) Review 1 of 5: It was very nice and clear but it was rather twisted, I managed to sand it and force it flat. Matched it with some cherry purchased from as well for a custom knife.
From $2.29 (Average rating from all reviews) Review 1 of 4: I bought 6 blanks to turn for my new chisels. Only one had a small defect on it but it was on the end. No problem. Very hard wood but with sharp tools no problems turning them. My handles came out LOOKING GREAT. Beautiful purple hue to them. I sanded them smooth with 3 grits of paper and just rubbed paste wax and polished to a nice shine. Great wood. If you need blanks these are the ones for you.

Bolivian Rosewood to finish off an in-dash indicator light I had to mount on our boat so it would match the rest of the dashboard, and the wood was perfect: no splits or dents, just really great wood at a great price.
