There's never been an easier or safer way to get quick depth-of-cut adjustments with your plunge router. The Router Raizer lets you work from both the topside and underside of your router table. Router plate shown not included.
With the Router Raizer no special insert is required (or included) - use any router plate from 3/16" to 1/2" thick will do the trick!
Height adjustments are made with a speed wrench that fits through a small hole drilled through your insert plate. When hand-held, adjustments are made from the top with a knurled adjustment knob that also works with the speed wrench.
Router Raizer includes all the necessary components, instructions, and templates you need to turn your plunge router into an easily adjustable Router Raizer. Slight modification to your router is required, but well worth the effort.
Router Raizer (26031)* is designed to fit the following plunge routers:
Porter Cable 7538, 7529, 7539,
Porter Cable 693/693PK and 6931 base;

Kind of a let downPosted January 29, 2014
Yes, you see a "nice" Rockler plate and you just "imagine" that your router is attached to it plus you see the crank handle and the screw that rises or lowers the router to the plate.
I'm well aware (now) that the plate it's NOT INCLUDED, so when you open your package, there is that look on your face, yeah, that's it!
I paid $100 (about) for a bunch of screws, washers, bushings (you'll get the picture) and a booklet that 90% it's for "other" routers that you could care less.
The installation is not complicated, once you "weed out" all the parts that you DON'T NEED, BUT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THEM!
And paid for them dearly you did, there are close to 40 parts in the kit.
I counted 32 parts left after the installation was completed!
If I sum up the total parts that I actually used, I can't price it NO more than $10 MAX, but I paid 10 times more for the concept and someones idea that, I assume is getting pennies on a dollar for it.
Bottom line, it works.
Would I buy another kit for my other plunger router: NO!!!
Would I recommend to buy it, well, after you read this, you'll be the judge for it!
