Although it takes a minute to get used to the English accent (and the variability of the sound quality), the DVD is fascinating. The speed with which he turns and his skill with skews have inspired me to really take the time to master a skew chisel. I will watch this one many times.

Intermediate-to-advanced - the instructor 'jumps right in' to turning projects. even though he gives you some simple starter things - between his lightning-speed turning skills and accent, he's hard to follow. This is not a good 'learn-to-turn' but a better 'turn good turning skills into good results' video. He's fun to watch but don't start here - learn your skills with an Alan Lacer video like the skew series. Then jump in with our english pro here.
