How to Enter: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) Visit www.rockler.com/win during the Promotion Period, and follow the directions for completing and submitting the online Official Entry Form. Online entries must be received by each entry deadline indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that entry period’s drawing and any subsequent drawing(s). Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT December 31, 2008 to be eligible for the final drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day; or (2) Written Entry: On an Official Entry Form, available while supplies last at participating Rockler stores, or on a 3” x 5” card, hand print your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, birth date, daytime telephone number, and email address (optional). Deposit your entry at the receptacle at the participating Rockler store or mail to Delta Porter-Cable Sweepstakes, c/o Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, 4365 Willow Drive, Medina, MN 55340. Each entry must be received by the entry deadline indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that entry period’s drawing and any subsequent drawing(s). In-store entries must be received by the close of business on December 31, 2008 to be eligible for the final drawing. Limit one entry per person per day. No mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email accounts or any other methods will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in random drawings, which are final and binding. Such drawing will be held as indicated in the table below from among all eligible entries received during and up to each entry period. All non-winning entries from drawings #1 - #10 will be included in the subsequent drawing period(s). Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that drawing period. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the judge’s decisions. Winners will be notified by e-mail/phone/mail. In the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

Eligibility: Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. General: Neither Sponsor, Promotional Participant, nor their respective agencies, or affiliates are responsible for lost, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Entry data that has been tampered with or altered is void. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and, if a prize is won and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to the registered user. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes if it becomes corrupted in any manner such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned and, in such event, to select winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

If any potential Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence, prize will be awarded to his/her parent/legal guardian. Potential Grand Prize winner’s (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release Form within 14 days of notification. Noncompliance with this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.

By participating, entrants (or entrant’s parent/legal guardian if any entrant is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence) release and agree to hold harmless Rockler Companies, Black & Decker, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.

By accepting prize, winners (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if any winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence) agree that Sponsor, Promotional Participant, and its related and affiliated companies may use the winner’s name, address (city, state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to winner relating to Sponsor, Promotional Participant its related and affiliated companies or to this Sweepstakes and grants to Sponsor and Promotional Participant and its related and affiliated companies any and all rights to said use without further notice and/or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prizes/offers or in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of Minnesota, United States and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state.
