Worked but was a headache
After a few years of occasional use my bit in for my shelf pin jig (which has actually served me pretty well) broke about 3/4 through a fairly large project. I was left stuck since I'd already drilled 1500 or 1900 or so pin holes for a big closet system. With much fussing I was able to get the bit changed out but not as easy as it looks because of the spring and small parts that are hard to manage. I think 8 bucks is too much money for one little brad point bit anyway. Therefore, if it breaks again, I will either bite the bullet for the whole self-centering assembly or switch to another system.
