I have used this round disc and found it to be every thing I expected it to do. Very pleased with it, and with the belt sander 48 inch I also purchased,as well as the eraser to clean the disc &belt works great.

I have never experienced a problem...
I have never experienced a problem with these discs. They have good adhesion and are made with a thick backing that keeps them stiff and flat. I use a heat gun to help remove the old disk and clean the platen with mineral spirits before I put the new disk on. The sanding media wears well and cleans easily with a belt eraser.

I probably abused it.
Worked great at first but started building up and burning pretty quick. In the product's defense I was hitting it with purpleheart and that can be pretty abusive on blades and abrasive.

Product and turnaround time were excellent. Rating as "Good" because my only criticism is about the packaging, a large envelope would have done just fine without all that waste.

The 10" sanding discs were suppored...
The 10" sanding discs were suppored to be self adhesive. All the disc purchased were all dried up and would not adhere to the sander wheel. We would not recommend.

Do the pads come in different courses?
BEST ANSWER: Doesn't look like it on their website, but I'm sure other grits are available since I've used them. Just don't remember where I bought them.
