Antique Brass Hardware Bail Pull

Item #
29790
Rating:
86% of 100

Named for their arching "bail" handles, which resembled the hoop like handles of a pail, bail pulls have long graced furniture from the most practical to the most elegant. The dangling handle drops down nearly flush with the cabinet face, making it a particularly good choice when clearance is an issue. This bail pull is nicely proportioned, and plated with an antique brass finish. It includes all mounting hardware.

This product met my needs but I expected something a little heavier but that is what happens when your only option is on-line. Met my needs but would not buy again.

Do the ends separate from the handle? Can the ends separate from the "handle" portion? I have this pull in a different size that is no longer available... I was wondering if i could just remove one side - and repair the one I already have. It has been impossible to find a replacement. 90mm or 3 9/16 center hole to center hole. Anxious to get fixed. Thank you. Bought from Sauder and it is on a file cabinet. They no longer carry the correct size.
Susan F on Aug 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes the handle does separate from the ends.
What is the length from end of rosette to end of rosette? 3" center to center works, but pulls need to be 4-1/4" overall for my dresser.
Karen G on Jun 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I just measured this exact pull and it is 4 1/4" wide (maybe even slightly less). I did have to get creative because my drawer is curved and that makes it a challenge to measure with my tape measure.
Are the knobs on the end pieces where pull fits in shiny like pic or are they darker like circular ends?
Jane S on Jul 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I believe them to be darker.
I need 22 drawer pulls that are 2 inches center to center for an American Drew bedroom suite, antique brass or cast iron. Where can I find some? I have several that are broken and can't find duplicates of what I have.
