Make custom hose connections for older Fein vacuum and Dust Deputy
I have an older Fein Turbo I and an older Dust Deputy with less than 2â?? ports. Using the original 1 3/8â?? hose, these repair connectors and the Fein hose step adapter (purchased separately) I made all connections from the Fein vacuum, Dust Deputy to the tool. These repair end connectors easily screw into the cut end of the original hose.

Hi so I had to cut the top of my hose as there was a hole in it, I have all the original parts, it seemed that the hose was originally glued in,
Can I just re glue it back together?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Emmett, I ran across a similar issue and I can tell you from experience that you cannot use the original tool ends. The hose repair kit come with both the male and female ends and it works flawlessly. Simply cut off the portion of damaged hose and thread the new tool end on. It’s very simple and works as good as new. I hope this helps..
I have one of their oldest vacuums, the smallest they made at the time. It rolls on 5 wheels. Will this fit? Do I need new tools to go with it?

BEST ANSWER: I have a slightly newer version than yours. I had to cut off the old part first but then I was able to use the new parts. The new part threaded onto the hose so as long as the hose is the same diameter it will probably work.
