Flexible Extension Magnetic Bit Holder

Item #

Rating:

If you regularly drive screws in confined spaces, this flexible drill extension is an essential accessory. Just chuck it into your drill, pop a 1/4'' driver bit into the end of the flex extension and bend it in any direction to drive screws home in seconds. Only the interior shaft spins, so you can use the exterior sheath to stabilize the extension as you drive the screw. Ideal for installing drawer slides and hinges in narrow cabinets.

Features:

  • Quick-release bit holder for fast bit changes
  • Integral magnet holds onto ferrous metal screws for one-handed driving
  • Locking ring provides additional security to hold bit in place
  • Gooseneck material flexes and stays in position at any angle

Nice tool
Very substantial heft. A bit (no pun intended) too hefty for some smaller applications (the one for which I made the purchase). But flexible enough to get the job done anyway.

Can this thing hold a drill bit to drill a pilot hole??
Grandpa on Jun 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: If the drill bit has a hex head the same size as a screwdriver bit. ONE CAVEAT!!! The seat isn't very deep so be careful.
