poor dust collection
My biggest complaint about this saw is the virtually non-existent dust collection. My best solution so far is to turn on the dust collector and stir up the accumulate sawdust with battery-powered leaf blower. Makes a big mess. Tempted to drill holes in the bottom of the cabinet and install a collection bag.

Is there any way to get a 1.5 HP Jet Vortex dust collector to pull sawdust from this saw? I just get a pile of sawdust inside the front of the cabinet and on the floor.

I'm setting this new saw up and the dust collector port outside diameter is only 3.75inch when the manual states 4inch. My connector is 4inch ID and fits very loose. What’s the solution? BTW I consider myself a rookie when doing wood. I'm using 4inch hose which connects to a plastic adapter(4inch ID female) from the hose to the saw to make connecting easier.
