When paired with a Kreg ACS 62'' Guide Track (#60901, sold separately), this Ionic Drive 6-1/2'' Plunge-Cut Track Saw offers precise, cordless track saw performance. Its powerful variable-speed brushless motor maximizes battery life and ensures effortless cuts in sheet goods and solid wood up to 2-1/8'' thick. Bevel-cutting capacity can be set from -1° to 47°, with a maximum cutting depth of 1-1/2'' when tilted to 45°. The thin-kerf 40-tooth blade retracts to fully shrouded when not in use. A riving knife adjusts with the blade to keep the saw kerf open behind the cut, reducing kickback hazard. Additional kickback protection is provided by a selectable anti-kickback switch. An integrated 1-1/2'' O.D. dust port and included dust bag help minimize the cutting mess.
