Even though it's Laguna's smallest bandsaw, the V:10 offers a bevy of great features you'll find on much larger saws. With 5'' of resaw capacity, you can take on big projects and resaw thick lumber with confidence and precision. It's the only 10'' woodworking bandsaw with cast-iron wheels that provide superior stability, reduced vibration and exceptional durability. The saw's 1HP induction motor offers quiet, reliable power for demanding cuts. You'll appreciate the roller bearing blade guides with micro-adjustment and a quick-release blade tension lever that help make it easy to adjust and change the blade. A perforated, oversized throatplate enhances through-the-table dust extraction, and a pair of 2-1/2'' dust ports keep the saw and your workspace cleaner. The cutting process will be easier to see, thanks to an LED work light built into the saw's frame. There's even a 120-volt receptacle on the back side of the upper frame for adding more auxiliary lighting, when needed.
