Well built
I use these on recycled table tops and the customer's love them!
Use them as a clip board.
Or put a picture on them and hang them on your wall....creative picture frame!

Excellent product
Worked perfectly with my unique, artist-made clipboard. Packaging and delivery first-rate except for USPS snafu during which Rockler offered a free replacement if package has been lost!

Nice looking clip for making clipboards
These clips make a nice looking addition to clipboards you can make. The brass plated screws that come with them are useable for material 1/4 inch thick or thicker. For thinner boards you will need to buy screw posts and drill out the holes in the clips to fit.

Flimsy
Not nearly as stout or strong as on a typical clipboard. It was inexpensive, but I was expecting better quality than this.

How do you use it? Can I mount it on the side of a board or piece of plastic?
Detroit on Apr 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: There are two screw holes at either end for wood screws or bolts. It could, therefore, be mounted on anything, including a 1/4" piece of cherry, as I did.
