The RapidAir Maxline M3800 1/2'' Master Kit is a user-friendly system for routing compressed air throughout your shop. It is leakproof, corrosion resistant, and incredibly easy to install. The Maxline tubing has an aluminum core sandwiched between an inner and outer layer of polyethylene. It is easily bendable by hand so you can snake it around obstacles with a minimum of joints, yet it maintains its shape and rigidity thanks to the aluminum core. No need for a soldering iron or hacksaw—to make a connection, just cut the tubing to length with the included snips, insert it into the compression fitting and tighten the nut. The system includes 100' of 1/2'' tubing, plus all required fittings to set up three air outlets. It can be easily expanded or modified with additional outlets.

Features:

  • Machined aluminum wall outlets feature built-in moisture drains
  • Compression style fittings with double O-rings for extra protection against leaks
  • HDPE tubing with aluminum core can be bent by hand, but is still rigid and holds its shape
  • Recommended for workshop sizes under 2000 sq. ft.
  • Neither the filter/regulator nor any of the fittings or hose from the outlets to your air tools are included.
(1) 100' Roll of Maxline 1/2'' Tubing
(1) Manifold Kit with Straight Fittings
(3) Outlet Kits
(1) T-Fitting
(5) Elbow Fittings

Haven’t finished the install yet but thus far, very straightforward to carry out. Looks like it should work out quite well as a distribution system in my garage shop.

Excellent product
Product is very well made and putting it together simple and intuitive.
Only thing I didn't like was the directions said to use the right angle connection only if absolutely necessary, and they sent 5 of them, I didn't use a single one but had to order 2 more T's because they only sent 1 of them

Very easy, very reliable.
The system was very easy to install. I didn’t use it he 90 degree fittings, as I like the look of the tubing curving around my shop. No leaks have been detected and it’s holding 110 psi effortlessly. This system will let you add on in the future if need be, without having to spend all day on. Took me about 4 hours to install.

Great product at a fair price.
Building a new 450 sq. ft. wood working shop and needed to supply compressed air to all four sides. After reviewing what others have done I decided to go with the Maxline M 3800. It looked easy to install I did not have to purchase copper, solder joints and look for all the detail fittings. As it turned out it was easer, quicker and looks better than I had hoped. I have been using the system for about a month and have had no leaks. I would have given it five stars but felt they should have offered a water separator with the kit or at least highly recommend one. I had to order one separately after the fact. I would highly recommend this kit.
