Excellent blade
I love how accurate and smooth this saw is. It does take some practice using this saw compared to a traditional handle but the results are spectacular

This is a great blade for anyone doing dovetails
These blades are truly amazing. Cutting on the pull stroke makes
the result a perfect cut and the result is so nice.

Saw is excellent for fine work on thin stock, but teeth are fragile, so over aperiod of sevveral years, enough teeth have been damaged that the blade needs to be replaced.

My other blade has damaged teeth. Plus I thought I would get free shipping since it was over $35.00. I will read the fine print the next time!

What is the width of the saw blade, as measured from the spine to the teeth ? Also, is the spine reinforced to make the blade stiffer?
raypick on Jun 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The spine stiffens the blade.
Blade width at the heel is 1 7/8", at the toe is 2 3/8".
Saw capacity under spine is 1 1/2" at the heel and 2" at the toe.
Best,
Craig
