Festool Adapters for a Shop Vac
I bought these to fit my Festool TS 75 track saw and my Domino DF 500. They work perfectly. The 1.5” fits the larger track saw and the smaller 1” fits the domino. A 1.25” Shop Vac hose fits snuggly into one end and the flex end attached to the tool. This is what you need to run your Festool Products with a Shop Vac!

Works great when not broken!
These are great but my original one broke after about a year. That is why I bought this replacement. The break was on the inside of the black plastic connector to the hose that allows it to rotate. Other than that, these are great for attachment to initial sander or belt sander. Tight enough to keep the dust in.

I need a variety of connections for various tools and I am trying to hook each tool individually so I don't have to hook and unhook the hoses. I have purchased other similar products from you and they have all made a big improvement in my shop. Thank You Rodney H.

I have a second power tool with a dust port and I wanted a second connector. I would like to be able to buy only the size I need and not both since the 1" will just sit on my bench

Hi I need to plugin my Bosch dust extractors to my AEG orbital sander. Both have an outside diameter of 35 mm. Will the small port hose kit help me achieve this?
Marc M on Aug 21, 2017
BEST ANSWER: My Vacuum line has a ID of 38mm and fits over the screw end (black) of both ports snugly but not tight. You will not fit a 35mm OD inside the screw end of the port. It is possible that you may be able to put the dust extractor line on the out side of the screw end of the port. My Makita Trak Saw has a 40mm OD dust port where i use the larger (blue) port adapter. My Bosch Orbital Sander has a 30mm OD dust port where I use the smaller (blue end) port adapter. On both of these applications I use hose clamps on the blue end to secure the fitting. I not sure this product will hook into your extractor line with out an adapter. The smaller port should work with your sander.
Great but what about the other end? I need two 2 1/4" ends to connect hose to router and vac.
Tim D on Jan 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: These are for use with the full small port kit which includes the narrow hose, the 2 1/4" adapter and both of these. If you have several tools with small ports, this replacement port kit allows you to switch the hose from tool to tool and leave these adapters in place on the tools. You may also extend your set-up with the Auxiliary Small Port Hose.

Can these only be used with the DustRight Universal kit, or can they be used with any other standard-sized hose? It looks like the kit hose may be a non-standard size (2"?). Thanks.
Dan S on Nov 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I can't say that they could be used with all standard sized hoses, but they should work with most 1.25" hoses. The ID of the black end is 1.225", the max OD (ridge) is 1.532"and the min OD (valley) is 1.327" The ID of the blue end is 0.999" but is somewhat flexible so could expand slightly beyond that.
