Includes the machined aluminum handle for attaching cutter shafts included in a Rikon 4-Piece Woodturning System (#79313, sold separately). Simply unscrew the knurled chuck collet to insert the shafts with carbide cutters, tighten the chuck collar and you are ready to turn!
