When my bits arrived they had a glue looking coating on them with drips hanging off of them. Are you suppose to peel that off before using them?
TOM C on May 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, the coating is applied when the bit is manufactured to protect the carbide cutting edge. It can simply be peeled off before use.
