Rosettes make excellent decorations on my picture frames
When used in conjunction with my pocket hole system, it greatly speeds up the assembly and looks great as well

Great accent and beats the 45 degee angle hands down
I made over 45 -- 3 1/2" rosettes out of ash, sycamore, oak, cherry, and walnut in about three hours. Some of the ash and oak needed some fine hand sanding on the cross grain and I had to change the drill speed. The pieces were stained with golden oak stain except for the walnut.. I stayed 3 coats of polyurethane satin.. they all turn out geat!!!

Five stars
I used a Bridgeport milling machine to avoid the possiblbility of chatter. Results were perfect.
Quality of cutter was as good at end as beginning
After cutting over 500 head blocks and plinth blocks.
After spending less than $100 on cutter and around $400 on MDF the savings was approximately $2000. Very happy .
Wish there were more patterns to select from.

Made many rosette and plinth blocks with the cutter bit out of solid cherry. Did a very fine and clean job. Will buy more in the future.

My wife used it and it worked well. The drill press was set at a high speed and she cut the rosettes slowly to minimize tearing the wood, as we used a softer wood.

Piece of junk
I tried it at slow speed, medium speed, high speed. I sharpened the cutters. I tried different types of wood. I spent an hour making a jig to hold the corner blocks on the drill press table.

All I got was tear out.
$100 for a piece of scrap iron.

I purchased this bit before and was very pleased on the end result. I’m restarting my business in Florida and I’m in the process of resetting up my new shop. I have used several of your products and have found them all to be exceptional. Thomas Daley

I am redoing my basement and all the casework on doors and windows.... Various big box stores have a similar rosette design, but the price for hardwood is $5 each and I need 20 for the project made out of Ash... And if it last like you advertise, then I can make furniture also out of walnut, oak, cherry too!!!!

WHO IS THE MANUFACTURER?

BEST ANSWER: The label has "Woodstock International" on it and it says made in Taiwan. It worked very well on my table top drill press. But I had only 2 rosettes to make but so far so good!
