Saberdrive™ Interior Wood Screws-#6 Wood Screws
Saberdrive™ Interior Wood Screws-#6 Wood Screws

These rugged interior wood screws are made from hardened steel for superior resistance to breakage. The star drive heads won't strip out, and the threads are serrated so they won't work loose over time. Type 17 point helps you drive the screw without a pilot hole in self-tapping applications.

Features:
  • Star drive (Torx-style) head is extremely resistant to stripping
  • Hardened steel for durability
  • Serrated thread helps the screw stay tight over time
  • Type 17 point - no predrilling required

I have used this screw before and liked how they will hold. Also, easy to drive without pre drilling.

will these work in brazilian cherry without pre-drilling?
Greg F on Jan 1, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure of the specifics of Brazilian cherry but always recommend pilot holes for hardwoods; especially near the edges. John
