What am I looking at? I see some sort of divider between 2 sets of teeth.??

BEST ANSWER: There appears to be a protective cardboard sleeve on the outside of the saw drum. There are (very realistic) saw teeth printed on that sleeve giving the appearance of what you describe. If you zoom in you can see the overlap of the sleeve wrap. For what it's worth, I was confused by this also.
Which arbor size is the correct one? In one place it states the smaller "A series" one and in another place it states the large "B series" one. I'm confused!

BEST ANSWER: The small series hole saws (5/8" through 1-1/8") use the Smaller, A Series Arbors.
