Great suction power and unexpectedly quiet. It rolls around easily, has a low center of gravity and has no tendency to tip over.

Woodworking Experience:
Good shop vac
I have just started to use this shop vac, so this is a preliminary review. That said, I am quite satisfied. My primary usage is to capture the sawdust and chips in my shop. I have used this (together with chip separater and small hose kit) on: band saw, router on router table, and random orbital sander. I'm happy to report that the system captures a large fraction of the dust and chips. As I modify the business end and get more experience, I expect it will work even better.

connections at vaccum to connect to dust right dust separator?
Robert M on Dec 17, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I set the vacuum and separator close to each other and connect them using a short large hose. I use the long hose that comes with the vacuum and connect to the separator and to the device that I'm using. You may need to purchase some adapters to accomplish your tasks
I have this vacuum, but I have never used it as a wet vac. Before I do, are there any special steps I need to take to vacuum water?
