Skins Heavy Duty Work Gloves
Skins Heavy Duty Work Gloves

As their name implies, FastCap Skins HD Work Gloves fit much like a second skin. Light, thin and breathable, they provide excellent tactile feedback for detail-oriented, high-dexterity tasks. The palms and fingertips are coated with a rugged, textured latex rubber for grip and durability, and feature excellent snag, cut, puncture and abrasion resistance. If desired, you can even snip off the fingertips of one or more fingers for maximum dexterity while still affording plenty of protection-the material will not unravel. The gloves are ideal for oily, wet and dusty conditions, and for any task where your fingers need some additional protection, such as sanding, carving, and handling rough lumber. Rugged seamless design stands up to repeated washings and dries quickly.

Features:

  • Palms and fingertips are coated with a rugged, textured latex rubber for grip and durability.
  • Light and breathable material conform to the shape of your hand.
  • Fingertips of the gloves can be snipped off for maximum dexterity, while still protecting most of your hand.
  • Ideal for oily, wet and dusty conditions.
  • Seamless design for durability under rugged use.

Heavy Duty Work Gloves
The gloves are very comfortable to wear. After prolonged use, they do get hot and leave a rubber smell on your hands. This is not an issue for me, just a point to make. The glove have a fairly good tactile sense of touch. Not as good as your bare hands but still good for protecting from splinters and metal shavings.

Best glove for woodworking that I have found
These gloves fit great, breath well and have a great grip. I use them when unloading plywood and hardwood being delivered to my shop. Use them when cutting out cabinets. Without them my hands become dry and slip on the plywood but not with these, never lose grip on wood I'm pushing through the saw. They do start to wear out and tear after a few months but for the safety and time saved pulling splinters out of fingers, they are well worth it for the price.

One of the Better Work Gloves
I don't like to overstate what I think of these gloves based upon several uses, but at this time I plan to buy them again when I need another pair. They are comfortable, they protect your hands well, and they grip well! Some work gloves have me taking them off frequently because they don't wear comfortably, but these are good for all day!

Skins Work Gloves
Purchased these for my brother-in-law who handles rough lumber after it is graded. We have purchased several types of gloves to try to find some that can take the punishment. Unfortunately, these are not the ones. They lasted about 10 days. Probably great for finished lumber.

Skins HD Work Gloves
I have had only one the day to wear them in handling lumber, but they seem to offer me the protection from splinters and the dexterity/slip resistance I was looking for. Durability is still to be determined.

going to teach my Grand daughter how to carve for girl scouts badge, these gloves were the only ones in small. I was looking for Kevlar but I saw none in your online inventory.

These are the best gloves EVER! The grippy pattern on the fingertips and palms does not get slippery like other nitrile gloves. The knit back is good quality so they conform comfortably to your hand, and they breathe well so your sweat evaporates. My husband is a professional wood worker and these are his favorites!

Very comfortable and fits well for small hands. Good grip. The only gloves I've found that still allow fine tactile grip.

Liked the tight fit along with the coated palm which helps grip. Ware them when handling lumber.

tore my current pair thin leather gloves, looking for something a bit more snug with better dexterity and less likely to catch/grab stock when woodworking
