Work IQ Vise

With its ball-and-socket design, the unique Work IQ Vise both articulates and rotates, allowing you to find the perfect clamping position to complete your task. Just unlock its bottom Quick Cam lever and swivel the clamp to the perfect angle, then tighten the cam again. Imagine the convenience of pivoting your workpiece completely around without removing or re-clamping it! Or rotate the vise forward and position it flat to create enough clearance for securing large objects without interfering with your bench. The ball can also be locked in eight different fixed positions for heavy-duty applications, using the included IQ Lok ball-and-socket pin. When immobilized, the vise can withstand up to 130 ft.-lbs. of applied torque.

The vise's steel jaw plates provide a secure grip on a wide variety of objects and shapes when used with a pair of Work IQ vise jaw sleeves installed. It comes with multifunctional Flex-Fit Sleeves that slip over the jaws and are held in place with pairs of locking pins. One face features non-marring textured rubber for gripping wood, metal and other flat surfaces. The other rubber face has a grooved matrix for holding small parts, dowels and pipe, threaded rod, bicycle frames and more. Or choose from four other double-sided jaw sleeve options—Woodworking (#78466), Sure-Fit (#76154), Leather (#77694) and Pipe-Fit (#79907), all sold separately. 

Four integrated ports in the vise let you attach an optional 180-lumen work light, 5" magnifying glass or cell phone holder—all included in the Work IQ Hands-Free Accessory Kit (#70519, sold separately). Or mount them independently of the vise anywhere they're needed, using optional Work IQ Connect Bench Mounts (#76706), the IQ Connect Magnetic Mount (#77402) or the IQ Connect Clamp Mount (#79615), all sold separately.
