Beginning Router Table - with Jay

Date: September 18, 2014

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Overview: This workhorse is often one of the first and most important tool purchases that a woodworker ever makes.  It is also easy to master several procedures in the first few weeks of owning one.  In general, it will help you work with stock of dimensions that don't lend themselves to handheld router work.

Skill Level: Beginner

Basic Finishing - with Dan

Date: September 25, 2014

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Overview: Learn from our finishing expert what techniques and products work best together and how to achieve to that finish you have always wanted!.

Box Joints - with Jay

Date: October 2, 2014

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Overview: Using 2 different techniques the Rockler Box Joint Jig and the Ready2Rout fence learn to make box joints on the router table.

Pen Turning - with Dan

Date: October 9, 2014

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Overview: Learn how to prepare, turn and assemble a pen! This is the perfect class for anyone that wants to get into turning or learn a new hobby!

Bowl Turning with Michael

Date: October 16, 2014

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Overview: Bowl turning is a great way to improve your turning skills. This class will cover face plate turning, tool techniques, mounting wood in a chuck and sanding and finishing.

Skill Level: Advanced

Raised Panel Doors - with Jay

Date: October 23, 2014

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Overview: Want to make beautiful doors for that special project? Building raised panel doors using a router table is easy if you follow some simple rules and use the right tools. Learn to use a rail coping jig to make your joints fit tight, learn tricks for preventing tear out and minimize the amount of sanding you'll need to do in the end.

Skill Level: Intermediate
