I like the Arts & Crafts style and every chance I get to purchase plans, that I think I can make in my wood shop, I buy them. I have two daughters and they both like the style and all always wanting me to build something in the style.

BEST ANSWER: 6-1/2" x 7" x 14-1/2"
Was this lamp ever featured in the magazine?
Tim T on Mar 21, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure but I built this lamp but I modified the design to be wireless. Instead of plugs, etc. I used remote control LED lanterns. I did this because I wanted the sconces to be portable. I also used regular glass and self adhesive stained glass plastic sheets to cover the glass. They look good.
Was wondering if there was a list of what tools are required to build this?
Christian P on Mar 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Not that I am aware of. Depends if you work with power tools or like to use hand tools (old school, like me). Mostly a Table saw, drill press, miter box saw, and some hand tools. One small recommendation, be careful selecting your wood for grain direction. Good Luck on your project. These look great in the bedroom next to our bed.
Is a source for the glass provided with the plans?
A shopper on Apr 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: There is no source for the glass in the plan for this project.
I would recommend a google search in your area for stained glass
Can this be made for outdoor use?
Pete L on Sep 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: If appropriate wood species, finish, and electrical components selected are suitable for outdoor use, it should be fine. Mine is in an outdoor area protected from direct rain/snow and is doing well.
