Brass card holder with pull
My daughter wanted to make a Tea Caddy. I had used the pulls several years ago in my shop and thought they would work well on the Caddy. It turned out beautiful. Have attached pictures of both projects.

Improved over prior version
Years ago I purchased some of these to put on the outside of wooden magazine holders. At that time they were held on by two small brads, one at each end. The current version has switched to small wood screws and added a third attachment point below the card as well as the holes on either the right or left side ot the card. Clearly a stronger arrangement.

It is nice when you find a product that you have used in the past that has been changed for the better!

Card Holders with Pulls
I was a little shocked by how much smaller they were when I opened the package. I had thought they where going to be wider, from when I was a kid in school, then remembered that was a long time a go and I was a lot smaller than I am now. But for the project I am doing they are the right size and I have no complaining. I am so glad that I made this order.

What is this product made of?
Steve B on Jul 8, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I think it is made of good steel with a brass finish. The reason I say this is because I used them on large drawers that held rather heavy material and they work just fine, have not been pulled out of shape in any way. I am totally satisfied with them. Millard Jones
how long are the screws?
janet o on Sep 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: As I recall they are about 5/8 inch long. They go into a 3/4 board with out going through but long enough to hold forever. Millard
Do you have to pre drill for the screws?
C A on Nov 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I did not, but I was mounting mine on old barn wood - very soft. I would at least drive steel screws first, especially if you are mounting them on hardwood.
do you carry just the pulls without the card holders?
Pat Z on Aug 15, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, there are called finger pulls.
Hope you can find them.
Michele
