They are installed on the table and doing a fantastic job. You were the only place I could find this product. Your prices are reasonable also.I bought them too big, didn't realize there were different sizes. If you could put some description for the lay person that would be great.

My Mother-in-law had been asking for years about repairing her drop leaf table. She was thrilled when I had these hinges installed in less than 20 minutes.

The hinge was just what I needed to finish my daughter's drop leaf desk area. Thanks so much for a quick delivery and a good product!

Converted a round table into 2 drop leaves
4 stars only because I thought these would be a little more sturdy, definitely do not put your weight on the leaf to get up from the table! Otherwise they were fairly easy to install but I did need to download the datasheet since this was my first time making a drop leaf. Leveling the leaf is really the hardest part of the whole installation (excluding the planning for the cuts on the table). I would use these again.

I had to remove the decorative trim and cut notches with a hand saw for the leaf to drop into.
I cut 2 leaves opposite the main pedestal with a circle saw

Drop leaf hinges
These drop leaf hinges were perfect for my application and hold the weight of the leaf and a person leaning on it with no issue. Only problem is even pre drilling the holes to mount the hinges the screw heads snapped off . Stronger screws are required

Others comments indicate this to be a sturdy support. I am ordering these for 12” drop leafs to add expanded table for a quilting / Sewing table I am making. These will allow to expand from 80” long to 104” long as needed.

I'm debating between these and the metal drop lead supports. These looks like they support more poundage, but it doesn't say. Can anyone tell me the poundage per support they hold?
Anna-Marie P on Apr 30, 2016
BEST ANSWER: They are pretty strong and can hold a couple hundred pounds.
My drop leaf table has legs (at 70 degree angle) under the leaf not the table top. Consequently the drop is at the hinge joint not at the end of the leaf. Will this "drop leaf support for tables without aprons" work to hold the hinged joint at 180 degrees without sagging?

BEST ANSWER: I would think it would unless the leaf is greater than 24 inches. you have to look at the length that it has to hold up.
