Drilling holes can create a surprising amount of dust, especially when drilling in drywall. Festool's Drill Dust Nozzle nips it in the bud by capturing dust at the source. The nozzle suctions itself to the wall under vacuum from the dust extractor (or domestic vacuum). It works with drill bits up to 12mm in diameter (about 15/32''). While designed for Festool dust extractors, the nozzle also fits any industrial or commercial vacuum with a hose between 1'' and 1-1/4'' in diameter. Be sure to turn off automatic filter cleaning to prevent the nozzle from losing suction.
