The Festool 493233 router baseplate/table widener features an offset design for greater support when edge profiling. It also features a wider bit opening of 2-1/2'' for compatibility with larger diameter bits. The included chip deflector is held in place by three magnets and rotates 360°, a great advantage when routing contoured parts or when working around a corner. Great low-friction sliding properties.
