Instruction Issues
The instruction booklet is printed very faint and very small font so it is very challenging to read. I wound up using a magnifying glass.
It instructs to rout a 3/8" wide slot by 5/8" deep. No problem. However, they recommend 2 Rockler router bits to achieve this with. Only difference is shaft diameter. I ordered one of their recommended router bits. Problem is, the bit only cuts 1/2" deep. I called Rockler. The extremely helpful and very nice lady spent time with me and finally admitted that Rockler didn't sell a bearing that would work with the bit to achieve the necessary depth. She recommended I order it from MCLS, which I did.
This kit was obviously not tested or else it would have been addressed and resolved up front.
The actual door hardware is very nice.

Can I buy two additional rollers and hardware? I have two 16" doors.
Charles B on Feb 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure if you can buy just the rollers. That's a question I think Rockler will have to ask their supplier.
Can I use this kit with a hollow core door?
kevin r on Apr 7, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes, as long as you haven't trimmed the top of the door. Hollow core doors have a timber frame around all four edges to mount hinges, levers etc. and provide structural integrity. In fact the pictures that show this rail in use show a hollow core (fake panel) door.
How far from the wall will the door hang?
Maurice B on Aug 14, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Mine left 1 1/4" gap on a 1 3/8" door. It was nice that I didn't even have to add a filler strip to clear the doorway casing.
What is the diameter of the round track?
Parr C on Jun 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The rail is 1 inch in diameter.Enter an answer to this question.

I need two doors for one opening of 50in, can I join together all 4 tracks so one door can slide to the left and the other to the right ??
RICHARD C on Nov 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can. It just depends on where you place the stops on the track that allow the doors to slide right or left. Hope this helps. Have fun.
I have bought the door kit, as well as both door handles, only to find out that the handles use different size screws. . . I need the flat door pull (disc) in the same size as the bigger handle. Suggestions?

Can I splice two sets of tracks together for a double door opening, each doors are 27 inches wide. ??
RICHARD C on Dec 20, 2018
I'm interpretating that the door width should be 2-3 inches wider than the door opening. Is this correct?
