SUPERMAX GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
  2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on March 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Central Time ("Start Date") through March 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time ("End Date"), click here and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. Limit of one entry per person. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the permitted number of times will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules.
  3. ELIGIBILTY: Open to residents of the lower 48 United States (excluding AK and HI) and D.C. (except as prohibited below), 18 years of age or older as of February 1, 2025, except for employees, directors, officers, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household of Rockler Companies, Inc. ("Sponsor" or "Rockler") (and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies). Rockler and Jet are the "Promotion Parties." Void where prohibited by law.
  4. PRIZE: The "Prize" consists of the following: (1) SuperMax 16-32 Drum Sander (58666), retail value $1499.99. The Prize consists of only those items specifically listed. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes is allowed, except as allowed by Rockler, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Limit one Prize per family or household.
  5. DRAWING: One winner will be randomly selected on or about March 31, 2025, to receive the Prize among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, or is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, it may be forfeited. Rockler may, but is not required to, award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The winner must sign and return any required forms, such as an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, by the specified date. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrants waive all rights to claims or damages arising from participation in this giveaway or the use or misuse of the Prize. Promotion Parties are not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries, or errors in the administration of the giveaway. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from entries received before the End Date.
  7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrants agree that all disputes related to this giveaway are governed by Minnesota law and must be resolved in courts located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
  8. PRIVACY: Information submitted with entries is subject to Rockler’s Privacy Policy.
  9. WINNERS LIST: To request the name of the winner, available after March 31, 2025, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor.
