Used them on a bunk bed. Boys will be boys, so when on the top bed wanted a safety bracket. This works great! No possible way for this to come apart when they are jumping and what ever else boys do. A little pricey, but he is my grandson.!! LOL

I am making a bed frame. I sleep with head elevated and don’t like just elevating my head. I have slept on a slant for acid reflux for so long.

i read the reviews, that why, but didn't know it would take that long to ship it.
it said 7-10 days, after i placed my order,
that must mean that you don't ship until 3-5 days pass, that's kind of crazy if you ask me. $7.99 shipping and it's that slow? wow

is there a jig available for mortising the post brackets?
Larry W on Apr 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I found it easier to use an edge guide attached my router. Or use the edge of the bed post to run the router guide along. As for the curves on the top and bottom of the bracket, I just free handed that with my router and it came out fine. I will say that I traced an outline of the bracket on the bedpost for my router lines
how deep into the post does the mortise have to be to routed to accomodate the matching hooks?
anna m on Nov 19, 2015
BEST ANSWER: You need to rout 3/4" deep and I would just do one continuous line from top to bottom and stop 3/4" under the last slot. the bracket not only needs to fit in the slot but needs to drop into place.
