Look closely at the Festool 201084 Granat Contoured Sanding Sponge, and you'll see that it has several profiles: a rounded corner for sanding coved moldings, an angled corner for acute angles, and a 90° corner for standard right angles. Use it for sanding concave profiles, bevels, edges, rabbets and more. In addition, the soft foam core compresses to conform to other profiles. Granat sandpaper is durable, washable and resistant to tearing, and all sides of the sponge have abrasive. The soft foam makes them comfortable in the hand, and the synthetic resin bonding helps to minimize the shedding of abrasive grit for long-lasting cutting power.
