Known also as Curupay, Patagonian Rosewood is a South American hardwood that exhibits a wide range of pleasing colors, predominantly pale to medium brown, often with attractive bands of reddish brown, dark brown and black. The grain has a fine, even texture, high natural luster, and excellent working characteristics. Offered here as a kiln-dried slab with a wavy, natural edge, planed to 1-1/8'' thick—an excellent choice for table tops.
