Ratcheting lever knobs are ideal when access to the knob is limited by a nearby fence or other obstruction. Another advantage of the ratchet lever is that you can position the handle so it's out of the way while you work. Simply push down on the top and pull up on lever to release the clutch. Rotate to the position you need, then cinch down tight.
Note: Also available with a male threaded stud (see e.g. #90902, sold separately).
