Perfect replacement
I bought these to replace ones that had gotten bent over the years and wouldn't close any more. These fit perfectly and snap shut like the originals used to do. At $.99 a pair how could that get any better?

Drop front door
If you have a sagging drop front cabinet door, this is for you. It was exactly what we needed. My husband installed them and no more sagging drop front. Very happy with the product and shipping time.

A good use of space
These hinges make it possible to use otherwise dead space in front of the sink. I have used them twice now for tip-out trays that get the sponge (and other things) off the sink apron.

I purchased these hinges to replace a pair that has not worked well for a number of years and could not be adjusted. The new pair fit right and works perfectly. Glad I foyund these here.

Works as advertised
Easy to install and operates as it should. I found the springs a little strong. I used it for a tip out in a bedside table, and it was necessary to hold the table to prevent it from moving when opening. I'm sure it would work fine on a sink front.

Long time coming!
It took me awhile to find these, but let me tell you they are the best, only problem is now I need to find a container to put inside the drop down I put in the vanity. They were a little tricky to work with but one I figured it our they went in real easy. Will use the other set for the upstairs vanity, still need container any ideas

This is a strong sturdy hinge...
This is a strong sturdy hinge that is simple. I first bought a kit from a home center. It came with 10" bin and 2 hinges. Those hinges started to bend the first few times I opened and closed them. It also was difficult/awkward to open the first few times. It would not hold the false front tight to the cabinet. I have installed these before with no problem.  Once I got these hinges I compared them to one from kit  and these are like 3 time thicker and more simple. I did used the bin from kit so it was not all bad.

I had an "off the shelf"...
I had an "off the shelf" cabinet that I adapted for a shallow location, but wanted something better than a false front for the drawer. These hinges worked great. As noted in other reviews, some type of installation instructions showing clearances and such would have been helpful. However, a trial set-up with some scrap wood was easy and gave me a clear idea of how to best position the hinges. Overall assessment, excellent product for a reasonable price.

Decided to purchase these hinges without the trays in order to custom build the trays in a 4 inch deep wall space. Planning to store winter gloves and mittens in an entry way to our house below the main stairs in the wall cavity with a stacked drawer front appearance.

What is the weight capacity for these? I am looking to use them for something larger but only seem to be able to find sink front tip out hinges.
