Rockler Pro Phenolic Router Table, Pro Fence, Stand and Plate
Rockler Pro Phenolic Router Table, Pro Fence, Stand and Plate

Our Pro Phenolic Router Tables feature one-piece 3/4'' solid phenolic construction for an ultra-flat, low-friction surface that won't warp, dent, scratch or delaminate. The whiter, brighter finish enhances visibility, while our CNC-machined aluminum router plates offer better precision and repeatability than ever before. 3/4'' T-profile miter slot allows you to use precision aftermarket miter gauges, while universal T-tracks in both the fence and table accept stops, hold-downs and more. Included aluminum Pro Fence features two adjustable white melamine MDF faces, front- and rear-facing accessory T-tracks, a dust port and a bit guard. Choose from four pre-drilled plates for common router bases, or two non-drilled plates. Either way, you'll get a perfect fit with far fewer catch points than typical ''Swiss Cheese'' universal plates.

Features
  • Aluminum router plate is CNC machined for incredible flatness and precision
  • Steel stand has adjustable feet for stability on uneven floors, and pre-drilled holes for adding a shelf and sides
  • 24'' x 32'' table for over five square feet of surface area
  • 8-point plate leveling system with two locking points
  • Ergonomic T-knobs for easy fence adjustment
  • Includes Rockler Pro Fence with extruded aluminum backer for straight, accurate cuts
  • Opening in fence is easily adjustable to accommodate large router bits
  • Fence backer features top-mounted universal T-track that accepts 5/16'' T-bolts, 1/4'' T-bolts, and 1/4'' hex bolts
  • Includes dust port and bit safety guard for safe routing
  • Fence features a 2-1/2" O.D. (2-1/4" I.D.) dust port

Dreaming of This for Years
I received this system as an anniversary gift - and to make a Memory Box for my new grandson per my daughter's request. The whole system came quickly and was a breeze to set up (just remember to leave all screws loose until it's assembled and then tightened - as in what we were taught in shop class back in junior high school!). It's very sturdy and with the lockable castors makes the whole assembly very easy to move as needed. The phenolic top was not my first choice (wanted steel but too long of a backorder), but it works VERY well and I'm quite happy with it now.

Very good table
Fine table. Sturdy and still able to move when I need to. Assembly was easy. Leveling not so much, but remember, I'm a total beginner and that was the issue. Sometimes I "over think " stuff. Thank goodness for Rockler. As I pursue in retirement an interest in woodworking, I am sure I will call upon Rockler again and again.

Great table
Great product. I added the Rockler casters to my unit for easy storage. I use a Triton router which allows easy above table bit changes and height adjustments without a separate router lift. I am impressed with the quality of the table and stand.

router table
Worked with a bench model before this. this table and fence are top quality. I have not figured out all the things I can do with this.
I have used it to make rabbit joints on drawers and cut the groove for the drawer bottom.

my wood does not slide across the blue plate like it did.it also has scratches on it. should I put some polish on the plate?

I have a DeWalt 616, what would be the best plate, steel stand, Fence, Phenolic Table top with vacuum hookup?
asonnamego a on Apr 24, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Rockler is offering a package deal that includes the stand, Pro Phenolic top, ProFence and a plate )item # 58538ss). The plate for your router is Group A. I added the casters (item #47034) , the Lift FX (item#23194), and a miter gauge (item#26537). I built my own cabinet around the metal stand rather than paying the price Rockler wanted for there's. It is the best setup I have eve used. The accuracy of the lift is excellent.

marvin d on Aug 26, 2016

What plate type would i need for a Dewalt 610?
M Y on Sep 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The 610 has not been manufactured since 2003 so I'm not sure of the answer. I would compare the hole pattern diagrams on http://www.rockler.com/rockler-aluminum-pro-router-plates . If none seem to match the 610 I would suggest a blank plate.
looking for a 2 1/2 inch zero clearance band saw insert for a Ridgid brand band saw, would a Jet a Delta work?
A shopper on May 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I am sorry, but I don't know. I do know, however, that band saw table inserts are pretty easy to make. Get a piece of phenolic or acrylic of the appropriate thickness or, alternatively, plane down and sand a piece of hardwood and just cut out a circle to the size and shape, but about 1/32" - 1/16" oversize. Hand sand until it fits perfectly. Lay out a center line, cut into the circle with your bandsaw using the blade you for which made the insert. Feed the insert slowly (and safely...watch your fingers!) and, when it drops into the opening, you're essentially done, though I would also put on a finish to minimize friction and warping if I made it from wood instead of plastic. You can make one for each blade you usually use.
What plate would I need for mounting a Hitachi M12 V plunge router?

Is it possible to install festool router to these router plates? :)
Ari S on Sep 7, 2016

what plate would I need for Makiita 3621?
tony g on Sep 5, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I called and asked questions of the staff. they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the plate. Call them with your questions!
