Sjobergs Elite Clamping Platform

The Sjobergs Elite Clamping Platform lengthens your Sjobergs Elite Workbench (sold separately) by 18-7/8'' for more working space and more clamping capacity. Numerous dog holes in the skirt allow you to use optional hold-downs and holdfasts to secure items vertically. Double rows of dog holes in the top line up with those in the main worktop, extending the clamping capacity of your end vise. Alternatively, the Clamping Platform can simply be mounted to a wall in your shop to provide a standalone clamping station. When so mounted, the stability of the structure provides excellent resistance to the rigors of sawing. The Clamping Platform is made in Sweden to the same high standards as other Elite products. For maximum strength, the top is constructed with full-length laminations of knot-free European beech, and treated with top-quality oil. The skirt around the edge is a sturdy 4-5/16'' in height.
