This blade is a direct replacement for the ones included with your Bench Dog® Tools No. 151 Spokeshaves (#81347 and #83396, sold separately). The same blade fits both spokeshaves. Having a spare iron on hand ensures you'll always have a sharp edge to deal with challenging grain, and you can also purchase multiple blades and grind each to a different bevel angle to suit a range of applications. The blade is made from hardened carbon steel for a long-lasting edge.
