The Tormek KJ-140 Knife Jig features a 5-1/2'' wide clamping surface that's ideal for sharpening long knives like filleting knives. The added clamp width provides the extra rigidity needed to stabilize long, flexible blades. With the KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig, you achieve symmetrical sharpening with the same angle on both sides of the blade. Regardless of the thickness and geometry of the blade, it will self-center in the jig, giving you the same angle and pressure over both sides of the entire bevel.
