Woodworking Experience:
I liked the plans with the exception of some details could be better. The instillation of the hardware said see manufactures directions. The only directions were for the lid catches, there weren't any for the hinges or the lid stop. For the price of the plans I generally am happy with them.

Pet Casket plans
I used the plans as a basic guideline for the design & dimensions. Then I designed & built a casket for my pet cat that I had for fifteen years. The plans were very helpful as this is the first box that I built & it came out looking great.

Small is too small for anything bigger than a parakeet! Medium is just large enough for a SMALL dog. Plans are easy to follow.

Way overpriced for no more than what you get. This was probably something that other suppliers would give away

my 12 week old min pin just had to be put down yesterday due to a freak injury. What size should I make?
Shannon B on Apr 27, 2020
BEST ANSWER: The general rule in determining the appropriate size for an urn is for every pound of your pet's total weight you will need one cubic inch of space plus 10 cubic inches for good measure. For example: If your pet weighs 30 lbs. you will need an urn that is 40 cubic inches or larger. This would be an internal dimension of 2"x4"x5".

Volume = 2"x4"x5"=40cuin
Is this for the size of a hamster?
JackM0274 on Apr 7, 2020

I have a pittbull puppy who is 80lbs.he passed away on September 10,2019.which casket plan do I order?
Elaine W on Sep 26, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Sorry to hear about your dog.
80 lbs is right between the large and medium sizes. I would go for biggest one. That way you have room too add your dogs favorite toy.
Do we get the actual wood and materials or just instructions?
Ronald R on Mar 23, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Just the plans, then you can make the material and hardware selection to you liking.
What is the longest and widest dimensions provided in these plans? I am considering a ministry of building boxes like these for the burial of stillborn infants (up to full term) or infants miscarried prior to term. Would your largest plans be suitable? Needs to be at least 23” long finished and at least 15” wide finished.
Angie R on May 2, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The basic formula for determining a cremation box is 1 cubic inch of space for each pound of live weight so you can alter the plans accordingly
