Item #

Rating:

The Zona Medium Kerf Flush-Cutting Hand Saw is ideal for cutting dowels, pegs and pocket hole plugs flush with the surrounding surface. Thanks to its thin, flexible blade, the absence of a spine for most of its length, and no-set teeth, the blade lies flat against any surface for precision cuts level with the surface. Features a comfortable, durable hardwood handle. Made in USA.

Features:

  • Features a flexible blade and no-set teeth for flush-cutting dowels, pegs, and plugs without marring the surrounding surface
  • Narrow 1-1/4'' blade also fits into hard-to-reach spots for a variety of other cutting tasks
  • Cuts on the pull stroke, keeping the blade in tension to prevent buckling and bending

Note: Blade is NOT Interchangeable or Replaceable.

Poor Quality
When I purchased my first Zona saw, I was amazed at the ease of use and the comfortable grip of the handle. It was the 35-560, fine Kerr razor saw.
This saw has a small uncomfortable handle and the medium size teeth are very large and tend to rip the wood rather than cut it. Its not even seated in the spine correctly.

I do not recommend this saw.
