WOW it worked out perfect. Built it into the top of my fence. If it worked any better I believe we would have a run away on our hands. Crazy cowboy

Woodworking Experience:
Great addition
I added T-Track and a dual track to my router table extension and it works great. Now I can use my table saw fence and miter gauge or clamp and sand or use cookies. Very versatile and no added floor space!

We do a lot of custom crating to ship our products and need something to speed up the repetitive cuts. This will work nicely at our new miter saw station.

Will a standard 1/4" - 20 hex nut fit into the slot?
E D on Dec 20, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I went out to the shop and slid a 1/4"-20 hex nut into the slot.
what is the best method for mounting this T-Track. Routed a 3/4 x 1/2 inch dado in the middle of the base (3/4 inch birch plywood) of a table saw sled I am making primarily for hold-downs and possible future accessories. With less than 1/4 inch of plywood beneath the T-Track I am at a loss as to how to attach it. I considered double-sided tape but that would require increasing the depth of the dado to accommodate and would most likely lose adhesion fairly quickly, especially when tightening a hold-down clamp. Would CA glue or epoxy be strong and long-lasting enough?
Charles L on Aug 19, 2018
When I built my first cross cut sled I did not realize that the universal t track was thinner than the 1/2” t track
I believe it measures 3/8 inc thick thus gave me more wood to screw into
Can this track be used with the 5/16 t-bolts?
TIlardi on May 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This track is designed for “ Rockler 1/4” and 5/16 track bolts.they work great, and are pretty inexpensive.
Will this track take a standard 3/4" mitre gauge?
Patrick M on Aug 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Patrick, If you want a track that accepts your miter gauge, use the Rockler miter track.

Russ M on Jun 6, 2018
