This not only provides a superior joint strength but it reduces production time by minimizing planing and sanding. The 99-031 glue joint router bit is able to cut all composition materials, plywoods, hardwoods, and softwoods. It is also compatible for us on CNC machines and other automatic routers, as well as table-mounted portable routers.
To use Freud's 99-031 Reversible Glue Joint Router Bit simply plane boards to a uniform thickness; align bit to the center of the board, then reverse each board for a perfect glue joint.
