G10 fiberglass is fabricated from colored fiberglass sheets and epoxy resin pressed together under enormous heat and pressure. The resulting material is lightweight, but very strong, stable and totally void-free. It can be cut, shaped, drilled, machined and polished with ordinary tools. Once shaped, the layers of fiberglass create a swirling pattern that resembles wood grain but has a very subtle and uniformly grid-like backdrop. Finishes beautifully.
