Woodworking Experience:
Purchased these to level a mitre saw station because the floor of my shop isn’t level. They worked perfectly. I’d recommend these to anyone that needs to level a bench.

Woodworking Experience:
Strong and easy to use.
Purchased these levelers for a movable 4'x8' assembly table. The table also holds miter and table saws so it is very heavy. Once I position the table for use I lower the levelers to take the load off the caster wheels. The levelers screw down easily and it is possible to quickly level the table. The plastic caps on the bottom of the levelers like to pop off when raised from the floor so some you might want to apply a couple drops of glue or use some double sided tape to hold them in place. I plan on purchasing more levelers for use on my movable band saw and drill press carts.

Mill Stabilizer
I do some wood working but mostly I machine metal. I needed a simple and better way to stabilize the rolling tool chest I have my Jet 16" mill-drill mounted on. My shop is just a one car garage with more large tools than will fit into a 2 car garage, rolling things out to use is an absolute necessity; but rolling heavy equipment bases do not make for stability when running the tool . These levelers do the job. I lock all 4 casters and then screw these levelers down hard to take the motion out of the wheel assemblies. The levelers are mounted on vertical weld plates added at the outboard corner ot the support brackets for the casters. This gives the base cabinet a larger footprint and a solid setup when running fly cutters or the offset boring head. The hex-socket for an Allen wrench in the top works great.

Solid, reliable levelers
I've used these on several projects when I need to support and level heavy carcases. Can't beat 'em. If you have a heavy (and tall!) book case or other casework that needs to rest level on anything other than a dead-flat concrete surface (e.g. carpeting, any uneven surface, etc.), and you aren't looking to use shims, then these are just the ticket.

Woodworking Experience:
Sturdy and easy
These were really easy to install on the workbench I just built. Put 8 of them down to handle the fact that my garage floor lifts up a bit at the edges. It was nice that they come in a 4 pack so I only needed two packages. Once they were attached and all of the feet touching the floor I could put a hex bit in a drill to put the torque in to raise them till my workbench was perfectly level.

Outfeed table leveling
I was not sure if these would be functional for an outfeed workbench/assembly table. But found them very easy to install, land level the table. They seem to be holding up well and I am completely satisfied.

Woodworking Experience:
Provides a solid base for my mobile planer
I installed these on a cabinet for my mobile planer along with some casters. The casters provide mobility, but were prone to moving a bit while in use. These levelers provide enough lift to take the weight off the casters and provide more solid footing while the tool is in use.

How many come to a package?
Wayne T on Jan 24, 2016

are these suitable for outdoor, all weather use? (leveling off a large wooden kitchen-table structure on a patio that will be exposed to water, snow, temperature variations, dirt & debris etc.) ?

BEST ANSWER: This product is made of zinc and would not hold up very well in an exterior application

David N on Jan 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I don't think so. They come 4 to a package.
Instead of a fixed foot, could there be a heavy-duty locking caster you could raise and lower
So you can move device, level it, and lock so doesn't move around?
dtbennett on Nov 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes, there is a set of heavy duty locking casters that can be used along with these adjustable levelers. Take a look at Rockler item #43501, Rockler Workbench Caster Kit 4 Pack.
You can use the locking casters to raise your project to move it and then lower your project back onto the adjustable levelers when you want it to sit firmly on the floor. The levelers could be hidden inside the base of the project or behind a leg and the casters mounted on the outside of the base or legs. Each caster has a load limit of 100 lbs. while each leveler has a load bearing capacity of 600 lbs.
What is the measurement/distance between the mounting holes side to side (horizontally)?

Is is possible to add a nut to lock the foot in position? I used a similar adjustable foot on a Table Saw stand and the vibration caused the bolt to rotate...

I see it's 2 1/8 H by 2 1/8 W, but what is the depth?
Warner R on May 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: With leg fully retracted, the unit is The leg can be extended a maximum 2-3/16" from the bottom lip if you like being a stilt walker. From the lip edge to the outside of the foot is 1-13/16", or 1-5/8" from the side surface you are mounting it to.
thinking of using these under an aquarium stand. Can they really support 600 lbs each? Aquariums are HEAVY.
Mike L on Apr 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I installed my levelers under a very heavy oak TV cabinet and they work great, with little effort needed to adjust for level/height. It doubt the cabinet weighs 600 pounds though, but you'd have to have a pretty large aquarium to reach that sort of heft; something that would hold 9 cubic feet (or 70+ gallons) of water.
what is the rated load capacity for these feet?
Cal F on Jul 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: 600 pounds each
This is in regards to product Item #: 81239
I would like to know what is the lowest that this can go, from the floor to the lip?

I have an already established aquarium/cabinet and had recently noticed there is a slant and was hoping to get something to lift up the cabinet.
There is minimal room from the floor to the base of the cabinet, I'm guessing at the moment I have between 1cm to 2 cm and was hopping to find a tool to lift the cabinet up without having to take everything out of the aquarium.
Calvin L on Oct 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The lip resting on the floor IS the lowest you can go. The leg can be retracted lower, but the lip will be the limiting factor. You can mortise the base to revive the lip so the lip is flush with the base (like a hinge plate in a door jam).
Will this work to mount and brace a four feet African sculpture if anchored at the back of sculpture? My question is about Item # 81239

I need something to level my SawStop ICS. Would these be suitable for machine leveling feet if I used bolts instead of the supplied screws?
SteveK on Apr 15, 2018
How are the four loose plastic caps used with these levelers? They are too small to cover the top allen wrench insert. I like the strength and design of these levelers, but after install mine seem to have a small amount of play in them when I wiggle my workbench. Am I missing something? Thanks!
