Rolling Barn Door Hardware Kit, Stainless Steel, Tristar

Whisper-quiet ball-bearing rollers combined with the sophistication of stainless steel for a sleek, elegant rolling door.
Item #
58665

This stainless steel rolling door hardware is one of those products that you have to touch and feel to truly appreciate. From the glassy-smooth ball-bearing action of the roller straps to the heavy, solid extruded track, the quality and careful workmanship are clearly apparent, and will nicely complement the quality of the door you select or build. Rolling door hardware makes a great option where a traditional swinging door would be in the way or where swing clearance is tight. Each kit includes all necessary hardware to hang and guide a single door on a 78-3/4'' track—enough length to accommodate most interior doors. The roller straps are surface-mounted, and can be used with wood or glass doors.

Features:

  • Solid 304 stainless steel lends a sleek modern touch to your decor
  • Included center guide slides in a kerf in the bottom of the door to keep the door tracking straight
  • Each pair of roller straps is rated to hold 250 lbs of door weight (not for use with hollow core doors)

(4) Wall Brackets
(2) End Stops

Can I get an 8 foot long track?
Gary M on Aug 7, 2016
What is clearance for wall with door casing and chair rail? Thanks!
Lily W on Jan 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: If mounted directly to the wall with a 1-3/8" door, 3/4"
Are the wall mounting bracket positions on the track fixed or do I have flexibility?
Tim j on Oct 18, 2015
BEST ANSWER: They move about 1/4". That worked for me. Everything is metric and the distance between brackets is approximately 20" , As I recall they give you 2 inserts that would allow you to move a bracket more everything appears well made but layout and mounting on the brackets was a challenge. Good luck
With this door hardware - is there a lock down for the roller and track to keep door from popping off of the track?
Basic Elements on Jan 4, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes its shown the photo it is the single disc located just above the edge of the door.
It really is a great system. Be careful setting the height of the rod especially if you have carpeted floors. . I found that the carpet in the doorway had been compressed to a lower height than the carpet that had not been walked on.
Is this just hardware or doors included, or can you purchase separately. Next I have French doors. Would I need one or two doors?
Craig on Feb 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You would need two sets of the hardware to make the French doors work. One set per door slab
What is the dim. of the bracket? and will it fit 1/4" glass mirror?
mark c on Aug 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Assuming you mean the triangular piece, it is about 5" vertically from the center of top roller to the line joining the centers attached to the door. The two attachments to the door are approximately 5" apart as well. Yes it will fit a 1/4 inch mirror. There are spacers provided for that purpose.
